NEW ADVANCES IN BRACELESS CROSSARM PRODUCTS

BROOKS LUMBER PRODUCTS introduces a new line of Braceless Crossarms. The use of braceless crossarms for distribution construction has been increasing. The braceless crossarm is easier and faster to install (and provides for more room on the pole) than traditional brace type construction. Additionally there are substantial cost savings with the braceless design. Installation of a braceless crossarm is safer for the line crews because of the ability to freely maneuver around the installed bracket. The new Brooks wood arm can be shipped with or without the welded bracket and is available in both 8' and 10' designs. See your WUE account manager for pricing and to obtain a free sample for your line crews to install. The product has been submitted for RUS acceptance.

PUPI FIBERGLASS Braceless Crossarm

PUPI FIBERGLASS introduces a new braceless crossarm product. In order to become more competitive with wood alternates, Pupi is introducing their new PUPI EZE-Mount Assembly for Series 2200 Crossarms. Only $11.00 more than a comparable wood assembly (installed cost) the Pupi product also allows for faster assembly, better clearance, a lighter weight and longer service life. See your WUE account manager for a full explanation of the product features. This product has also been submitted for RUS acceptance.
